It’s been more than 40 years since our founder, my father Tirta Suherlan, started the business in a humble factory with a few weaving looms and an endless supply of aspiration.
Through hard work, perseverance and integrity we have grown and evolved into a reliable and innovative garment manufacturer, fashion provider and diversified holding company.
My father planted the seed, we watered it, but it is God who makes it grow.
Regardless of our achievements and expansion, our heart remains the same. We still believe fervently, as our founder did, in quality, care and commitment in everything we do.

Trisula Corporation is a well-established and diversified holding company with a wide range of financially successful businesses and an advanced system of corporate governance.
It is the holding company for the three publicly listed businesses PT Trisula International Tbk (TRIS), which specialises in garment manufacture and the management of popular and lucrative clothing brands, PT Chitose Internasional Tbk (CINT), which specialises in furniture brands, and PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL), which produces high quality textile products that meet national and international standards.

Our Human Capital Development is managed by what we call The Trisula Spirit. This is a philosophy of people management based on Trisula’s three core Values of Quality, Care and Commitment.
Each year we run a Development Programme and we stage a sports event for the workforce. We believe sport is one of the most useful tools to unite everybody from different backgrounds and cultures.
We also have our annual Trisula Appreciation Day when all employees (approximately 1,000 people) gather in one place. The purpose of the day is to have fun together and get to know each other better and for Trisula to show its appreciation of our employees.
Each company gives an award to the highest-performing employees in certain categories. The day is held at the beginning of year, usually in mid-February and in the past two years the company has invited employees’ families to join in because Trisula believes that the families play a major role in each employee’s work success.
The Trisula Appreciation Day now includes a career event when job openings are discussed. Trisula encourages its employees to switch jobs within the group if they want to, so they can grow their skills and job satisfaction. At the same time, the employees will get to know more about the group, as they will see the different kinds of companies within Trisula.
And when employees are ready for retirement, Trisula also helps them plan for that event.
A bold and successful diversification has been the establishment of our Real Estate division, which manages property investment by developing land and projects.
We currently market and distribute fashion apparel of our own brand JOBB and are licensed to sell products from the famous American brand Jack Nicklaus.

Bermula dari sebuah tenda dan sebuah mesin bekas, berdirilah PT Daya Mekar yang terletak di jalan Simpang Aruna Bandung, yang didirikan oleh Bapak Tirta Suherlan.
PT Daya Mekar pindah alamat ke jalan Banten Bandung, dan berganti nama menjadi PT Trisula Banten Textile Mill.
Bapak Tirta Suherlan membeli sebidang tanah di Cimahi seluas 13,5 hektar, untuk dijadikan lokasi baru PT Trisula Banten Textile Mill
PT. TBTM resmi pindah ke Cimahi
Lahirlah merek textile Bellini
Trisula membeli PT. Southern Cross Textile Industry (SCTI), sebagai pabrik textile ke-2 yang mempunyai merek textile CATERINA
Berdiri PT Nusantara Cemerlang, yang berfungsi sebagai pabrik garment yang pertama Trisula
Didirikan Trisula Head Office di Delta Building Jakarta
Bapak Tirta Suherlan wafat dan seluruh usaha Trisula dilanjutkan oleh kedua putra beliau, Bapak Kiky Suherlan dan Bapak Dedie Suherlan
Merk textile Accura lahir. Dibentuk Trisula Divisi Garment (TDG) di dalam TBTM
PT. TBTM berganti nama menjadi PT Trisula Textile Industries (TTI). Divisi TDG di TTI berubah menjadi PT. Trisula Garment Manufacturing (TGM). Lagu Hymne Trisula diciptakan
