We began our journey in the property sector in 1993 with the establishment of Property Investment Trisula. Since then, we have successfully developed and invested in numerous real estate projects across Indonesia. These include a joint venture with the Ciputra Group for land in Rawa Buaya, West Jakarta; a joint operation with Premier in Ciracas, East Jakarta; and a joint venture residential project in Pamulang, South Tangerang. We also entered a joint venture resort project in Pecatu, Uluwatu, Bali. Other notable developments include the Eldorado Convention Hall in Bandung, West Java, and the Trisula Center office building in Puri Indah, West Jakarta. In addition, we have made strategic land investments in several key locations: Payangan in Ubud, Yeh Gangga in Tabanan, Uluwatu in Bali, and Karawang in West Java.
Ciputra International is a ‘superblock’ project developed by Ciputra Development which was built on 7.5 hectares in West Jakarta. Following the superblock concept, Ciputra International integrates offices, apartments and commercial areas in one area to create a residential complex with one-stop facilities, such as hospitals and schools.
